2008 OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Mahle Clevite, Inc. ("Sponsor"), NASCAR, Inc. and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, retailers, distributors, licensees, manufacturers, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse of "step" of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to participate.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins on 5/1/08 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on 10/25/08 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's time clock is the official clock for this Promotion.
3. TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, you must have a valid email address. Log on to www.FindClevite.com ("Web Site") during the Promotion Period. Follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit a registration form. For your registration to be valid, you must complete all required information and click on the "Submit" button on the registration page. Once your registration is complete you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Once you have registered you may receive one (1) entry into the drawing each subsequent day you visit the Web Site by entering only your e-mail address when prompted. Automated means of entry are prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person, household, and/or email address per Day of the Promotion Period. A "Day" is defined as the 24 hours between 12:00:01 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET throughout the Promotion Period.
4. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing ("Drawing") from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about 10/29/08 by Marketing Resources, Inc. an independent judging organization ("Judges"), whose decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
   
   ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a trip for two (2) to a NASCAR Race ("Trip"). Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major gateway airport near winner’s residence within the U.S.; 4 days/3 nights (11/14/08 – 11/17/08) of hotel accommodations (one (1) hotel room with double occupancy); ground transportation to/from airport/hotel; and a VIP tour and two (2) tickets to a NASCAR race. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is: $5,000. Actual value may vary depending on winner’s point of travel origin, airfare and hotel fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Trip will not be awarded. Airport, airline, and/or hotel accommodations for the Trip are to be selected by Sponsor. All meals, gratuities, taxes and other expenses associated with the Trip not specifically mentioned in these rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. All travel must be taken on dates to be specified by Sponsor at the time of winner notification (currently expected to be 11/14/08 to 11/17/08) or prize will be forfeited. Winner and winner’s guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and/or winner’s guest’s participation in any or all activities on the Trip is voluntary. A minor may only accompany winner on Trip as winner’s guest if winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Minor may not be able to participate in VIP tour. Winner and guest must sign any and all standard waivers/releases of NASCAR, Inc. and of track. NASCAR sanctioned race may be postponed, delayed, otherwise cancelled in NASCAR, Inc. sole discretion. In the event NASCAR elects to postpone, delay, or cancel the event, that portion of the prize may not be awarded.a trip for two (2) to a NASCAR Race ("Trip"). 5. INSTANT WIN GAME: Winners will be instantly notified upon submitting an entry on the Web Site whether or not they have won an Instant Win prize. The official judging organization will determine, at random, the times at which Instant Win prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period. The number of available Instant Win prizes will decrease as Instant Win prizes are claimed throughout the Promotion Period; consequently, the odds of winning an Instant Win prize are based not only upon the number of eligible entries received, but also the time in which they are received. No more than the stated amount of Instant Win prizes in any prize category will be awarded for any reason.
   
   TEN (10) INSTANT WIN FIRST PRIZES: a Garmin/nüvi® 650 portable navigation system. ARV: $589.27.
   
   TEN (10) INSTANT WIN SECOND PRIZES: a Magellan/Triton 300 personal handheld navigation system. ARV: $149.00.
   
   TWENTY-FIVE (25) INSTANT WIN THIRD PRIZES: a MAHLE Clevite die cast car. ARV: $25.
   
   TWENTY-FIVE (25) INSTANT WIN FOURTH PRIZES: a MAHLE Clevite branded prize kit which includes a notepad, 2GB memory stick, hat, playing cards, coffee mug. ARV: $40.
   
   TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THE PROMOTION IS: $14,007.70.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prizes, and Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. No cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prize. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at www.FindClevite.com) which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Instant Win prizes will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks of end of Promotion Period. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, all prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all entries received as of the time of cancellation. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No more than the advertised number of Instant Win prizes will be awarded. If because of error (or for any other reason) there are more Instant Win prize notifications than prizes offered, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible claimants in such prize category to award only the number of prizes in such prize category as stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor's sole liability for defective Instant Win game play is to allow one additional game play, while supplies last. All online entrants must have a valid e-mail address. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from user's participation in, attempt to participate in the Promotion, download of any information in connection with participating in the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences, without limitation, that may affect the operation of the Promotion: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bug, worm; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion. Neither Sponsor nor promotional parties are responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk. Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Promotion, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site. By participating in the Promotion, the entrant thereby releases Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the Promotion. By accepting a prize, winner (and winner's parent or legal guardian if a prize winner is considered an eligible minor in his/her state of residency) agrees to release and hold Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, including prize travel and attendance at the NASCAR sanctioned race; and any liability for taxes, duties or other levies assessed upon any of the prizes. Except if winner is a resident of TN, or where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
